Written to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Marcus Garvey's first arrival in Britain, 100 years of Marcus Garvey in the UK contains Garvey's autobiographical account of his organising activities. It summarises and recounts aspects of his history whilst there. It briefly summarises the essence of Garvey and the UNIA and shows how he successfully married his Christian beliefs with his Pan-Afrikan vision. Finally, it recounts the early history of the Marcus Garvey Organising Committee, set up in Britain in the early 2000's.
